Considering that this machine is running a VERY old version of Glibc, is
there any other way to get this to compile?  Personally, if bind and
sendmail can compile on this thing.. ANYTHING should be able to (in
theory).

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
