Arjun -

Please check if you have SElinux turned on.  Check in the
/var/log/messages file for avc messages.  I suspect that
SELinux is not told that you are using /var/milter-greylist.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
