I've done the test but the remaining time isn't decreasing......
I wonder what else could be wrong...
Do we need to enable some option for mx sync when starting milter-greylist after adding the peer into greylist.conf?
My greylist.conf and /etc/services look fine.

If you do not use the quiet option, the easiest way is probably to
attempt sending a message by a telnet on port 25 of each MX.

You should see the remaining time decreasing in sendmail answer at the
RCPT command.
