It depends of the order of your access list: first match wins.

The big new feature in 3.0 is that you can use the information "sender
is in a given DNSRBL" as a trigger for doing greylisting with a higher
delay than for other hosts. You can now make setups where the worst the
reputation of an IP is, the higher the greylisting delay will be.
