Right now I'm using - sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org, bl.spamcop.net,
no-more-funn.moensted.dk, dnsbl.njabl.org, list.dsbl.org was too
agressive for me. But I'll give try to use combined.njabl.org, as it's
includes dnsbl.njabl.org and dynablock.njabl.org.
