A. press the utility button and a display will come up on the bottom right hand of the screen you will see a arrow press the right button on the function keys and you will be at the next screen press number 2 which should be factory reset and choose reload alg/patches. it will bring your processor back to facotry settings.
B. i would recomend buying a digitech control 1 if you can find it. its powered by the 2101 look for it on e-bay, that is your best bet.
