hi folks
anyone shed some light on this one? i get a patch up on the exs, tweak some
stuff with the phatboy, decide that i dont like it, reload the patch, or
even load an entirely different one, and as soon as i go to tweak anything,
the whole patch is reset to the previous, discarded settings.
in the environment i have an exs transformer with all the correct mapped
CC's assigned, the first box on the first line in the map is set to =
control, and the third box on the second line of the map is set to map. as
far as im aware everything is as should be. ive also tried taking the
phatboy out of the chain and using the mod wheel on my keyboard to do the
tweaking, with the same results - i had the mod wheel set to control the
filter cutoff, i tweaked a bunch of stuff with the mouse, i loaded another
patch into the exs, hit the mod wheel, and all parameters were reset again
to the previous patch's tweaks.

nope! its driving me nuts now! ive tried about every button i can 
find, to no avail. in the environment the output monitor shows 
only the one CC being sent, so the environment and map is 
behaving normally, just when i actually use any CC to control the 
exs it changes a few parameters and not just the one i want to 
change...next step....try this process with some other softs, evp 
etc....
