However, because of all the nice people here, including Eric of course (am I
laying it on thick enough yet), maybe he'll consider just giving everyone
here a free library ;^)
Actually.... Counting up all the freebies in his 'Tune In' page, I think he
already has.
Keeping this a little more on topic, I haven't seen much traffic here
regarding the new Back Beat discs, but I have recently received my copies. I
have had next to no time to play around with them, but I what time I have
had, I can say that I'm looking forward to spending more time with them.
Very usable out of the box, so to speak, for quick scratch tracks and I
anticipate them to be great for finish work as well.
The only question/query I have for anyone out there has to do with importing
the GC midi files. Whenever I copy/drag any of the files into a new project
I get a dialogue window that says something to the effect of 'New SMPTE rate
detected, do you wish to change?'. I just click through it and everything is
fine, but I was wondering why this is happening with BB only, and not with
the Retro Funk collection? Would there be a reason one would have been
created at a different rate?
Regards,
Shane
