At long last a website update

Finally I took the time today to update the Emax and Emax II website,
I added a MIDI SDS guide with the correct Key Assignments chart.
Please check it out, everything there should work with the exception to
the guide to TM and SE, and a guide to the EMX program which I'm
currently working on.
If there is anything else you would like to see (besides banks which I
don't have enough space for) let me know.
