You can get G3/G4 upgrade cards for these too, to increase the Mhz. I have a 7600 which has PCI and a G4/450. I used to have a Performa 6214CD, but it died (hence I got the 7600). There is an Asante network card available that should work for you if that model didn't have ethernet or if existing onboard doesn't work. Seen em for like $10-15 US on ebay. I configured TCP/IP on my 6214 and was able to transfer data to / from it from my MDD Tower that way using FTP client (Fetch) before I got my Mac Pro.
