A lot of this info is in a database on the group. But I use MCR-5A PC Card adapters bought off ebay and SanDisk SD and Transflash that are 32MB in size.

You can also use these- I have used them successfully:

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
