Definately worth trying another cable if you have one.. Also, if I remember rightly, the jaz drives are SCSI II which have the high-density 50 pin connectors.. check this as they are very easy to bend pins.. used to get a lot of that with old Pro-tools systems.
Have you tried the Jaz with any other devices?.. or a different disc?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
