Thanks for that. Looks like none of the contacts have ever been cleaned - they were all in varying degrees of black! Did a quick clean of most of them, concentrating on the one I knew was having problems and any others that looked worse than most - all is good again! At least having opened it up I can see how easy it would be to add a HD. Anyone have any preferred HD brands/models that don't cost an arm or a leg? And what about mounting it?
