Emax

Posts like this always make me laugh, 98% of all our issues are with overseas orders and about 90% of them are because the buyer doesn't know how to put his correct address in Pay pal.  The other 10% are people who don't want to pay their duty tax, so no wonder we can't ship you a drive quickly. You overseas customers start getting it right and we can get a drive to you in 5 days, otherwise leave your order in customs for 3 weeks until they return it...then in 30 days Email us back and ask where your order is.

We have never stopped offering support to our customers, and it's always that one guy who states a friend of his had an issue with something. How would we block a customer from asking for help in the first place? it's not like were Native Instruments and require customers to register with us!...OMG...LOL...there's like 4 ways contact us as well. 

If your friend couldn't get his drive working with his Ell (off topic) why didn't he just return it? we have a 30 day warranty policy. I don't think we have EVER had an Ell, Elll or Emax drive INSTALL problem, how hard is it to install? all you need is a screwdriver. Maybe the mystery issue was with HIS Ell and not the drive? ya think?...whatever. I said it once I will say it again, have your FRIEND contact us and we will do whatever we can to solve his problem, but don't bash us it's childish.
