Re: Emu Emax 1

I can boot from floppy and can format another floppy.
The floppys i am using are the ones specified in the manual double sided. (Radio Shack)
I was using the sliding write protect thing I will try taping off the other hole tonight thank you.

my OS disk said emax OS 1.1 but i am not sure that it is the HD 1.1 because mine is an Emax HD retrofit.

When I go to master I am not able to select "Special" the sticker on the master section says "Special" is peremiter 10 but the Emax will not accept a second digit while in Master mode. That is what makes me think that the OS is not correct for the HD

I do not own a pc or a computer with a floppy drive.
Is there somewhere where i can purchase the HD 1.1 os on a floppy online ?

thank you for your help! im almost there!
