Good Day Gentlemen...
 I just took my emax se to a shop in Garland TX and they fixed my PSU.  Its called Audio Electronics... They are great!!! Tell em MouseQuake sent ya..

 the whining sounds is audible directly from the PSU, or only when the units outputs are in use? I would definitely re-cap the PSU if it is still stock.
