Thanks John for your informative reply...I never thought about the 
fact that these Factory samples would be that well produced. Seems so 
obvious really. I use Emagic Logic and have managed to get those 
other synths to sound nearly decent, but like you say with 
compression, exciting, delays, reverbs etc ;-)
