Try omniflop on a Windows XP or 7 OS with an internal FDD.

After that I'd try Norton Floppy copy utility (in the files section) on a Mac with an internal FDD and System 7.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
