thats because he does not right the firmware it is the 7720uw firmware form acard that he uses he flashes them with the mac firmware version but you can use the firmware utilities from acard to flash them to any of the firmwares
as for the floppy emulators no it does not work with the ensoniqand same again you are going to buy the device and try with the eps16+ as the only ever cards i got to work were the iodata ones and i sold my last one to james sanger
