Did you notice if you have all of the pages in the pdf?
I notice pages missing in the middle of the pdf I found online. I posted it here too but it has missing pages as well.

You have to turn page by page to notice the jump in page numbers.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
