no doubt, the E guys have a marvelous product there - and I initially liked the speedy and courteous eMail support too. maybe they even are indeed so busy solving this problem that they dont find time for anything else. my "problem" is rather that i have been promised the return of my machine 3 times already. each time, i had to make arrangements so that someone would be at home to receive the parcel (which is very fussy for me). each time, i did not receive my md on the promised date and they never contacted me to tell me why i didnt receive anything. no, every time, i had to email them (2 times on average to get one reply) and they´d say "sorry but we´ll get it to you soon". it would NOT have been a problem for me at all, had they told me "it will take 4-6 weeks" but i dont like being pushed from week to week. kenny > That's the point.
