it was cool until they started making empty promises. it is a lot of
effort for me to ensure that someone is at home receiving a parcel
for me. i´d never say their support as a whole "sucks".

its good that you know about it. its bad that you tell me they´re
"working on it" when in fact i should have received my MD back a long
time ago by now, according to them. why have *I* not been told that
they are still "working on the problem" ?
