You criticism is valid, but the archives tell a different story. Elektron is
well-known for it's top notch customer service.

What I am saying is that your case appears to be the exception, and not the
rule.

Again, check the archives, or any of the review sites out there. Elektron
consistently gets high marks. Your experience is different, and it sucks,
but it doesn't appear to be the way they normally operate.
