The status lights are showing you the power supply is ok. Let me confirm. You tried the procedure exactly as I listed? Did you try to re-assign the PRC-100 to the piano? ( I think I told you the wrong place to go for this. Tap on the MENU icon at the bottom of the PRC100 screen. Top row to the right is Piano Assign. Try this.) If have done all of this, exactly as I have listed, then do the following: - power down your piano and unplug from the AC, let it sit for about an hour. Plug the piano back in and let it power up. - go to the the MENU screen and tap on NETWORK. What does it show under NAME? If it shows anything but the DKVxxxxx, then delete it and immediately get under the piano and try to re-assign it again. The key to all of this is doing everything in the order I suggested. From the info you have supplied it sounds like your network cards are working fine. Let me know. Bill Love God. Love People. Make a difference. On Jan 31, 2016, at 4:17 AM, david.masher@... I did notice that one of the "boxes" under the piano had 4 status lights: red, green, green and green. All glow solid except the last green one, it is flashing. When the PRC100 is looking for a network it's status light glows solid green as well and then goes dark. It then displays "Network offline". Also currently I do not have mark IV hard wired into my network. Not sure it that would help figure this out... Thanks again for helping me troubleshoot. David
