Hi Bill, thanks for reaching out! I tried resetting the PRC100, but no luck. I have the same situation. I did notice that one of the "boxes" under the piano had 4 status lights: red, green, green and green. All glow solid except the last green one, it is flashing. When the PRC100 is looking for a network it's status light glows solid green as well and then goes dark. It then displays "Network offline". Also currently I do not have mark IV hard wired into my network. Not sure it that would help figure this out...
