David, Try this: Turn the remote over and change the tab from NORMAL OPERATION to REPLACE BATTERY - Take the battery cover off the back of the remote - Remove the battery - Using your stylus, press the RESET button exposed when you removed the battery - Re-insert the battery and put the cover back on - Change the tab from REPLACE BATTERY to NORMAL OPERATION -Turn remote over and press the STOP button. This will re-start the remote. After 2 minutes, the screen should come to life. Now check to see if the PRC100 can connect to your piano. If it doesn't work, crawl under the piano and find the IO Center, (this is the box with the LAN port and wifi card, then go to the 2nd page on the PRC100 and use PIANO ASSIGN, to try re-assigning the remote, while holding the PRC100 close to the IO Center. If the assign works, then you should be connected. Let me know if my suggestions did or didn't work, let me know. Bill Brandom Bill Love God. Love People. Make a difference. I can see the Mark IV on my network, I can see it's IP address but my prc-100 will not connect to it. I do not see it in my WiFi list... The light on the wireless card lights, it tries to connect and then say network offline. I am really frustrated and feel blind. The copyright on all of this software is over a decade old. Do you know if there are any updates? The iPhone app could not connect either. Thanks again!
