Lost music on Yamaha Disklavier

I thought I would resend this message from February, 2014. My client is still looking for help. He realizes it is a longshot but he was hoping there was some chance to recover some of his recordings. Several of you were kind enough to respond,but I am not sure if there was any other thoughts from the group.
