Hi, Just wanted to give kudos to Datacolor technical support. I have long had a problem with pinks and reds printing with too much yellow causing a pink wall to print orange. This is with profiles for both matt and glossy paper and with 2 different Epson printers. I finally grew tired of making corrections in PS to correct for this (HSL layer with red hue -15 and sat (red) -10... worked well, just a pain) I contacted technical support and they worked on the problem and eventually issued me a new Spyder sensor. I am very happy to say the problem is no more. Thanks Datacolor! Paul
