Datacolor User to User Support Group.

Spyder3TV is freezing on me when I try calibrating. It freezes when I start to measure the first color patch (Black). The program says that I will be shown how to place the Spyder then it freezes up. I am using the latest version of Spyder3TV on Windows 7 64 bit.

Any suggestion on solving this would be appreciated. I submitted a tech support ticket but have not gotten a solution.
