That is what Eizo would tell you, but not your only option. I run both packages with no conflicts, and calibrate both displays. Besides, once you have set the Eizo's internal custom gamma and whitepoint once, you don't need Color Navigator loaded any longer, and can control both displays with the Spyder software if you need both displays calibrated.
