Datacolor User to User Support Group.

Have recently bought PrintFIX Pro, but the Spectrocolorimeter does not 
seem to operate as described.  I can use it to measure the colour 
patches, using the "Enter" or "Return" key on the keyboard, but I 
should also be able to use the button on top of the Spectro - but that 
doesn't seem to do anything.  Am I doing something wrong, or is this a 
hardware fault?  The profiles I am getting seem fine - but it would 
just be easier to use the button on the Spectro.

Spectro plugged directly into USB port on computer (ie powered port), 
using Windows XP Home.
