Has anyone used these pots from Futurelec:

I'm looking for some pots for the Programmer/Sequencer. These look good but at 55 cents I'm a little worried about quality.

I'd guess that they'd be fine if you just bought a few and test them. The question is whether they will hold up or not.
I used some cheap pots from AllElectronics about 8 years ago, that were about that price. They look exactly like alpha pots, but w/ a slightly different marking on the back.
they still work. (tho I did just make a post about scratchy pots. but I think it is unrelated)

the futurlec pots are Alpha pots.
They have a smooth feel and seem to work fine.
Don't know how they hold up in the long term.
There are many synth diy-ers that use these, only trouble I've heard about is that some people got center detented pots delivered instead of regular pots. That happened about a year ago, they seem to deliver regular pots now.

I have lots of Alpha pots in my synth already. I guess I'll see how it goes. I know there can be endless tweeky flame posts about pot quality, but the Alphas I have already seem to be doing fine.
