I would not expect a bad one to pass anything. It sounds more like you have
a power rail that isn't connected.

That's not it. I tested it at the pins of the 4081, and do have power.
It would have to be a problem on the buffer circuit, right? Everything else seems to be working.
I just double checked all of my connections, and they are all good, and go where they are supposed to.

Well, there isn't much to the circuit, I'll just get parts to rebuild the entire buffer board.
If you have any other advice, I'll take it. Otherwise I'll post results after I've tried a few new parts.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
