Well that message took roughly 3 hours to get through too.
Is anyone else finding their posts take a long time to show up by 
email ?
Maybe it's just me. Seems a bit odd that the delay is so consistent.

usually I find 10-15 mins before I see my own messages (sent 11:21am)

arrived at 11:23, so 2 mins at the moment.

Time to change ISP colin?

Oh well. Guess I'll just stick to the web interface until whatever 
problem my ISP has is resolved.
