And to go even further, maybe add another - third - knob so 
that you get three knobs, neatly aligned under ther three 
LCD fields, together with the keypad knobs. Maybe there's 
not enough space for them, dunno. But this would give you a 
data knob per field for certain edit modes, a nice 
one-on-one situation.
