Vintage Simmons Drums (UK) Users Group

Something just occurred to me as I was looking at a picture of my hi-hat module... The EPROM that is installed in it says "cymbal"... Is this standard on those cards to have it be a cymbal EPROM or is there specifically a hi-hat EPROM that may have been swapped out at some point?

On SDS5 they had only one 4k sample labelled cymbal. This is a small part of a cymbal wave without attack and decay portions and it was the first back-and-forth loop of all times, by the way.
