SDE Multiple Parameter Controls

Hey All.
Does anyone have the Definitions of Multiple Parameter Controls for Voice editing mentioned in the SDE manual? Both copies of the manual I have - one from SimmonsMuseum.com and one from Simmons.Synth.net - don't have them. Both mention they can be found at the back of the manual but neither copy has them. Any help is greatly appreciated.
