Vintage Simmons Drums (UK) Users Group

Hi all,
I have a SDSV with some sound-selection pusbuttons not working well (sometimes
they remain pushed after I release the pressure on them). Do you know where can I
find the original pushbuttons to replace the faulty ones? Thank you very much!

Ciao Roberto,

the original pushbuttons were made by C&K, but they are not available anymore. Dave Simmons recommended a successor model but it didn't fit into the socket :-|

I never made another attempt to solve this problem but probably somebody can check the original pushbutton specs and can recommend a substitute, probably at digikey.com where C&K components are available

If it's not the switching circuit behind them?! I'm battling those on my
hihat card.
