Shoot.

Not really - if you're the least skilled in soldering. You can always
destroy an IC but normally there shouldn't be any problem.

Nope, sold expensive here and there. Let me know if you need copies of
mine... ;)

+/- 15 I think, but I have to double check that...

0,1-1,5 (same as above), 1-7 (approx) if using the sequencer input
sockets...

Yes, please do!

ok thanks for your help jester - help is definately appreciated as
this is my next project after bending a few Speak and Spells.

Thanks for your offer of the schematics - they may come in handy.

I am going to try to create a monosynth in a box, im fine with a few
things but not so hot on others - like an idea how to implement the
triggering of the card in 'monosynth box' - a drum pad from the
simmons is not really practical - perhaps i could trigger it with
someting else?

other power issues i will discuss later

thanks again

Hi!

How come everyone calls me Jester or Jasper outside the nordic countries?
I'm not that worried about such issues, but Jesper it is... ;)

OK... remember seeing one cool bent SaS on Ebay. It was camouflagecoloured
and had a "speaking in tongues-switch". Liked that one... ;)

I have a friend who is messing around with an SDS-800. It should be a better
idea for someone like you since it uses Curtischips and not SSM. Curtisis
more of a "synth-on-a-chip" type so they're more easy to get something cool
from.

But sure, a box with a home built pad on top maybe? Or why not a joystick, a
simple trigger and then trig speed in vertical control and amount of voltage
in horisontal maybe?

electronically yours, jesper - almost liked that idea though I would never
dream of stripping my fully equipped SDS-V...
