Vintage Simmons Drums (UK) Users Group

Hi everybody,

Today I was in my little studio and one of my girls used a barbie toy leg to hit my portakit display plus liquid glue with glitter all over the panel and inside "She was trying to make it look prettier for dad because it is ugly ;)".
For the first time I opened it and cleaned all the liquid glue inside and I will leave the rubber front pannel under water with detergent to try to help remove the red liquid glue.

Now the question, I need a new display or maybe the full pcb, any idea where to buy a new display or any member have one for sale?

I have none, but from the shots I see online it looks pretty standard. 
If it was me I'd unplug the display and bring it along to my local 
electronics supplier as a start to see if they can find a similar.

Make sure to take shots and remind her when she's older. It might make 
her be nicer to her old man when its' teenage rumble time. :)

Update:

Finally I got a new display from a Canadian company, they sell the original Portakit display, now is just wait a couple of weeks.

Their price is not the best because they have a minimum purchase but the portakit display is the first part to die, The model is 162-H1-0A, I leave the link just in case:
