sds7 battery

Hi everybody! I'm looking for battery for sds7. Is there something
like this in Europe? I'm livin' in Poland. here is what is written on
the battery: NC-M 3,6V-7R 110mAh, all the best everybody! Adam

so glad I found this group!
I recently grabbed my old sds7 from my parents' basement where it's sat for the last 30 yrs...it appears to be in working order except for the battery.
when I powered it up last in the late 90s/early 2000s all the old sounds were still there but no luck this time. fiddling around with programming I found they could be rebuilt, but without the battery they can't be saved.
I've removed the card with the battery but am unsure what to do next. it is a green battery with a white cover. there is one like it on a wordpress site where the author states:

"Stock battery in my SDS 7 was a rechargeable 3.6V 110mAh NiCad. Modern replacement battery is a 3 cell 3.6V Ni-MH rechargeable backup battery, typical around 150mAh. mAh (milliampere hour) are not critical, but no need to overdo it. Anything between 100-200mAh should be fine."

is this correct?
I am not comfortable soldering a battery but I think I could remove the old one and put a new one in.
assuming the old one slides out of its harness, would the height of the replacement battery be an issue? or does the battery/harness have to be desoldered to be removed?
any help would be greatly appreciated!

Regarding the battery information I think that paragraph is thorough if you decide to trust it.
The old battery has to be unsoldered if it is the original battery in there — as shown on my webpage. Your SDS7 migh been modified at some point?

For my SDS7 I used some longer leads to the new battery and mounted it off the PCB board in case it should start to leak. I also wrapped it in 3 layers of heat shrink just in case ;)
