does anybody know the exact type of the battery inside a Portakit (link?)? It's not written in the manual.

Yes same as MTM SDS7 etc ...
I did it on mine a year ago ,everything's fine.

We dug out the old battery. It has a 3 pin socket and the voltage can't be read anymore. Do you have any more details about the voltage and the pin configuration?
