So Lasse, does it the work otherwise?! Freddans never called me back to sort
out the business so I guess they've lost a future client. Next week my
midi2sds2 will arrive and I'll get the right components... After that I
hopefully have a velocity controlled SDS-V too...

That´s very cool !

Yes, the MTM seems to work except that it is a bit sensitive to incoming
Midi. I slapped it into the drumrack last night and connected it up to my
Midi setup. ( Atari 1040 > Waldorf MB-15 Midipatch > MTM ). Compared to my
other MTM this one is more sensitive to the same messages. It skips notes
:-(

However, while changing assignments in the Midipatch, I mistakenly routed
the output from my TR-909 to the faulty MTM and then it worked ok. The
TR-909 seems to echo incoming messages to its outputs and apperently
amplifies them.

That SDS2MIDI thing looks very interesting ( if I didn´t already have the 2
MTM´s, I´d get one or three ).

Who isn't sensitive to midi! ;)

I've discussed the upgrade with Paul so that it'll send 10 instead of 5
volts as maximum. That way it'll work on the sequencer inputs of both SDS-V
and a future SDS-7.
I have one card in the mail soon and if that turns out good I'll buy another
two I think and run the other Tama and Simmonsgear that way too...

So now, when I've soon sold my TR-606, what will I do with all the Kadi
outs?! ;) (I have had worse problems)
