hi all right the knobs for the 1000 have a long plastic spindle on as the controls are whats know as a peset and not a potentialometer which has the spindle on it electrically thay are the same a carbon track with a wiper on i will put a picture of the 1000 knob and a pic of a pot and prset i also have two city and guilds in electronics so i will be able to help with any problem a group member may have .

I was talking knobs too - not potentiometers. :)
But do take a few shots and I'd love to get my hands on a few missing 
ones for my MTM if I can.

The list appreciate more techies. We have quite a few skilled hands here 
already but two more aren't bad.

An official welcome to all new members the last months too - many new 
names onboard and the moderator filter has also kept a few Guitar Center 
fools off the list too... :D

hi all two pictures of the control knobs just to let you all know i have a sds 8 the sds 1000 and the mtx 9 expander nice story about the mtx9 got it of e bay sold to me as none working as the mains lead had be cut of replaced lead and it works perfect .
