pad repairing - how to open ??

Hi everybody.. it's a long time I'm far from here... Does anybody know how to open the SDS9 pads ? It's the model with XLR. I don't see any screw on..it seems the pads are stuck with glue but I'm not so sure. I don't want to make force on it as far as I don't know how it's conceived... Thanks to all. Giame
