I need help! Does anyone have the new sd7 drum module. I can't figure out how to save my kits. After I edit them I follow all the instruction in the manual, but when I turn the module off, it does not save. Does anyone have any Ideas? Thanks, Scott.

Please read the description of this list again... "This is a forum for users of the original Simmons electronic drums, for sharing information, tips, etc. Since info on Simmons drums is extremely limited, let's make this the most informative place on the Web! However, this list is _NOT_ for the digital drums named Simmons and marketed in the US by Guitar Center." Take it back to the store and complain and demand your money back. And then by a real Simmons! -- electronically yours, jesper - -- --- ---- ----- ---- --- -- - www.electronic-obsession.se www.myspace.com/machinepop - -- --- ---- ----- ---- --- -- -

>> ...............go away. Maybe just a moderator (or other grown up) should give a standard reply to Guitar Center "mock Simmons" questions. Maybe show them the error of their ways. I bet that guy is really encouraged to get a proper Simmons now. BTW, there are three SDS Vs and some MPC and Ultimate Percussion stuff on the VEMIA auction site if anyone is interrested. Steve

I consider the list description to be enough since I changed that at the time of the release of the "GC Simmons" SDS-5K crap machine. > BTW, there are three SDS Vs and some MPC and > Ultimate Percussion stuff on the VEMIA auction site if > anyone is interrested. I saw that. The Drumfire interested me more to be honest (now when you've mentioned Vemia) and I've got that on my "lookout list". And while at it, bid on item 5899, it's been mixing a lot of Simmons drums the last years so it's really experienced in that department! :D -- electronically yours, jesper - -- --- ---- ----- ---- --- -- - www.electronic-obsession.se www.myspace.com/machinepop - -- --- ---- ----- ---- --- -- -

Hai all this discussion has been here before the kid don't know sh*t about "real" simmons, so we, in all our wisdom, can't blame him. Perhaps next time just explain to the guy that he is in the wrong place. Personally I found the first reaction a bit harsh. I know it is in the description, but put yourself into his position. Kid thinks he can get some usefull info, instead he gets a not so nice replay. But please, no more GC "simmons" discussions. Yours sincerely Berk
