Is there someone out there that has a SDS EPB Eprom blower. What is the
best way to clean out the memory on a eprom?

Its only one way: You need an eprom eraser. These work with UV C. Sunlight will work, if you live in Hawaii and put them out for 10 weeks. Forget facial tanners and disco blacklight too. If the eprom is empty, the epb overload should be lit when set to prom play all the time.

The only you mean? Ultraviolet light!
Put them in your window for a week in the summer or trash an old fish
tank lamp etc. There are even commercial erasers for sale.

I have a box with the remnants from an old fish tank that I use, it was
donated by a friend and it works brilliant (pun intended).

The natural daylight option is a lousy one even in the south of Sweden
when the first snow suddenly decided to fall and stay on the ground the
17th of March! It was apparently a bad idea to exchange for summer tyres
last saturday. :(

You can buy an EPROM eraser which is a UV tube in a box with a timer.
It does need to be a fairly specific tube. Leaving an EPROM on a
windowsill won't work - I've just checked an EPROM that's been sitting
in the window with no label for four weeks and the data on it
verifies. Not even a hint of erasure.

I bought a nice old Stag EPROM eraser for about 15 quid off eBay.
