Vintage Simmons Drums (UK) Users Group

excuse my ignorance, is there a way to stay part of the group without 
getting the many simmons-related emails in my inbox?

Why don't you put a filter on the subject line? It is always something
like "[Simmons Drums]..."

You can set your Yahoo groups subscription to 'no email'  - you can also choose to have one 'digest' email per day that list all of the activity in the group over the last 24 hours.

Log into yahoogroups and edit your membership to either "daily digest" 
or "read on the web". That way you're welcome to post but will either 
get just one mail a day or simply read them online when you want too...
