Vintage Simmons Drums (UK) Users Group

right i have had these kits in the loft for years now and im having a 
clear out. ive no idea how much there worth, so i thought id post 
them here before they hit ebay.

1st set:

works fine - needs a little attention on the brain (some of the 
contact need a jiggle every so often) it has 1 kick, 1 snare, 3 tom 
and one cymbal card.  it is mising a few knobs and caps.  Also there 
are 3 drum heads and the kick drum.  comes with kick drum also.  This 
has been well played over the years.

2nd set:

absolutely great condition.  no knobs or caps missing - everything 
plays fine - has 1 kick, 1 snare and 3 tom cards.  it has 3 drum pads 
and kick.  this drum kit really hasnt been used much at all - the 
pads look almost new.


perhaps you lot can help me value these fine drums and perhaps 
someone may want to buy them.  i may consider putting the rare cym 
card in the better brain if i get good offers

the kits are located in the south east of england.

I would be interested in your first setup and especially in the  
Cymbal Card.
Can you send me some pictures of the stuff ?
And how much do you want for it ?
