Well it's the first bit of the cheap Chinese Simmons drums I've seen on ebay so far (item 320067568595). Ironically damaged in shipping, not very strong then! I wonder if the bidders think they're getting the genuine Simmons article ? Good luck Dave with your lawyers. (Jesper, sorry to mention the SD5K again on-list but I think people need to know what they're buying...)
